Thank You and Greetings All. I recently purchased a non-running 61 Tbird and while perusing this forum, I found helpful hints to where I could locate and purchased several items to correct the non-running status of this Bird. I found the Detent, shift lever, Neutral safety switch and ignition switch without going to eBay. The problem I notice with this car, (I purchased it anyways) is that the motor would spin over when you try to move the shifter past P park to move the steering wheel.......Yeah, that's not too sketchy. Looking forward to Learning as I go forth. Thanks.

Mark also welcome to our truly international site where you will find some of the most knowledgeable birders around. Ask any questions answer where you can and participate often Great to see another 61 survivor and is she registered in the TBird registry (located in the TRL section) on our site?
