Any ideas on age please?

Bill, you know, different styles come and go. Everyone had the little leather fold-around that held two keys in the screw-together stud, and it snapped together. Then there was the spring loaded two-part, so you could keep the engine going and open the trunk (or garage, house, or whatever). How classic is the chrome ring, you have to wind the key around? Now, everyone has a FOB dangling.

I remember your key keeper from the '60's. Just about every key ring I ever had came as a free ad from a dealership, or a souvenir from one of the kids.

Now, cars are made with pushbutton starter switches, and no place for a key. - Dave

I bought this off feebay here in Oz and the listing mentioned it was from the 50's or 60's. I am not sure, but thought it would be good to keep spare sets for my cars in. As T-Birds were never sold here in Oz, does anyone recognise this as maybe a dealer promo item from a particluar year / model?
