Hey Scumdog (Tom) I was out at the Bird Nest today getting a headlight nob and guess what they had sitting there on the shelf... Yup, a 66 thunderbird plastic model kit that can be built either as a convertable or a Landau. The model is made by AMT, he had 2 original release that were real spendy but he also had a several re-issues of the same model at $15.00 each. These are model kits that you would put together. His were just like this:
The original release showed a landau top car on the top of the box but the re-issue showed the convertable, he was nice enough to open one to make sure it could be built both ways and sure enough it had the top in there.
