Thank you, Dan and Marg Leavens. Happy Thanksgiving to all my Squarebird friends around the world. In fifteen minutes it will be Thanksgiving Day here in Detroit.

Thanksgiving is my most favorite holiday of all time. It is a time set aside to give thanks to God for all his blessings in this harvest season. There is no gift exchange and none is expected. Instead, friends and relatives get to eat turkey in mass quantity then crash and watch FOOTBALL! The Detroit Lions kick off at noon-thirty. I fully expect to enjoy watching the Lions in their bid for the SUPERBOWL this year.

So, I thank God for all His Blessings including the good health I have to enjoy them. - Dave

Dave I too wish your favourite Lions go all the way to the SUPERBOWL game. It has been a long time for their fans and after watching a couple of their games they are the " real deal " this year. j
