A Way To Say Thank You!

It has been suggested that we establish a method to prominently post a way for those of you who have received assistance from our many Tbird Techies on our Forum or who had made good use of our outstanding Technical Resource Library (TRL). For years so many of our forum members have spent a lot of their time answering your questions and advising you on courses of actions to take to help you repair or restore your Beloved Tbirds. Here is where you can post a Thank You to them. I will make it an Open Sticky so you can post in it. Hopefully, this will be a good Sub-Forum to place this in rather than in every Sub-Forum thread on the Forum.

Often times we dip into this forum and draw from the well of knowledge in search of an able answer to our latest "development".

I did so recently, accessing Alexander's TRL detent plate article. I did what he said to do. All went well.

So thanks for that article! You even made me get off my duff and repaint the steering wheel.

Brian was one of those who suggested we set up a place to say Thank You, so I did. That also gave me the idea to change my avatar in my Signature element when he sent me a link to this. I bought a copy (which is larger than this) and will more than likely put it on the rear window above my Tweety Bird aftermarket license plate I bought from Amazon for around $20. They market license plates from all the States that you can put words on like a State custom plate. They are not quite identical to the official State license plates for good reason.

That's a neat idea. As I feel like I am on the top list of those that ask the most, I am glad to be among the first ones to THANK all the "full time" contributors that reply on the spot, thinking about DAVE-SimplyConnected, JOHN-jopizz and of course RAY-YellowRose even though I never had to use his services as much as Dave's and John's I am always amazed as the time he spend, finding products or services for members, calling suppliers and sorting things out.
And of course all other members that can help !
And THANK YOU Alexander for putting this Forum together and infuse what was probably your own spirit in this forum. I never met you but you can be proud of what you did here for us all.

Eric, thank you for your comments regarding the Forum. I can tell you this that Alexander's family were very pleased to see Dave, Dan Leavens, John ~ jopizz and I step forward and assume control of the Forum to keep it living and active after his unexpected passing at 50 in 2008.
