New Squarebirds.org Business Cards!

When you hand those cards out make sure that you tell them that Squarebirds.org is more than just a Squarebirds Forum... That we cover ALL years of Tbirds, 1955-2005, AND we also cover Big Fords... And that we have Tbird owners on the Forum from all over the world... Just so they know...

Yesterday, I received our Business Cards and filled 5 orders for a total of about 250 cards. I mailed out 4 of them to those who have ordered. I think the glossy cards look nice, simple and to the point. Those mailings should be in your mailbox on Monday, they say.

The Squarebirds.org Business Cards are due in today! I already have several orders that will take a couple of hundred of them, but we will have plenty. This is a neat way to contact other Tbird owners at future S&S events and Tbird Club meetings. Just walk up to a Tbird owner and ask them if they are a member of Squarebirds.org. If they say no, or they never heard of it, hand them a Squarebirds.org Business Card and tell them they should check it out and the Forum is FREE. If time permits, then you can tell them a little more about the Forum. We have never done any advertising before, but thanks to Carl Heller ~ partsetal, we decided to do so. Carl goes to a lot of Tbird events to promote his Squarebirds parts business. So he asked if we had any business cards he could hand out, or put in with any parts he mails out. For those who do not know this, Carl has an excellent supply of Squarebirds parts, used and some NOS. He ships all over the world.

If more of you would like some cards to hand out at events this year, just let me know. You can tell me here how many, and you can send me a Private Message with your Snail mail address...

You will notice that I removed your snail mail address from your posts and recorded it in my records for mailing. I suggest that if you would like to order cards that you either email me (if you happen to know my email address) or send me a Private Message here, rather than post your snail mail address........ That will keep your snail mail address private.... Thanks for the orders! As soon as I get the cards, I will work on getting them out. So far I have 150 cards on order...

Thanks to a question from Carl Heller ~ partsetal, asking if we had a Squarebirds.org Forum Business cards, I can say that we do now! I took his question and created a Business Card for us. I ran it by my fellow Administrators, our great webmaster, Dave Dare ~ simplyconnected, John Pizzi ~ jopizz and Dan Leavens our Canadian Administrator. We revised the card, making it simpler, and I am having 1,000 of them printed. I will have then in a few days. The card will feature our Squarebirds.org logo, the '59 Squarebirds logo and includes our Forum site URL. They will be available to all our membership at no charge. For the purpose of handing out at car shows, car club meetings, etc to any Tbirder who does not know anything about our Forum. Once someone has one of the cards, they can bring up the Forum as a Guest, and if they want additional information, they can contact one of us. I would suggest that they call us, rather than emailing through our Contact Us facility. A phone call will put them in direct contact with one of us. I will be the contact for this program, so if you are interested and would like to have a supply, call me, or PM me. Let me know how many cards you want, and provide me with your snail mail address and I will mail them off to you!
