I do not know anything else about these. I only know that it was said that, regarding the Blue Retrobird, at one time Lincoln was considering creating a Lincoln Roadster using the Retrobird. I like the looks of both of them. Here are those pix.

Ray I like the styling of the Roadster front grille and front clip, very sporty looking.

Dano, like you, I like the front end treatment that they gave it, with the different headlight styling, front clip, the addition of a bumper. I thought it looked pretty neat. I have been googling, trying to find more pix of it because I want to see what they did to the rear end of it. But I have not been able to find any.

Ray the front end concept is similar to the current Lexus models NX series but that many years ago incredible.

Dano, I looked at the current Lexus NX models and I can see a resemblance. That might be that someone at Lexus may have worked, at one time, at Ford back when the Retrobird was being developed, saw that supposed Lincoln Concept Roadster and remembered it when he moved to Lexus. It is to bad that someone at Ford did not see that and decide to make the Retrobird look like that! Over the decades there have been so many auto design personnel who went from one car manufacturing to another, like from GM to Ford, and took their design ideas with them. Then they put them to work designing Fords. There are past Fords out there that bear some resemblance to certain other GM and other cars over the years...
