I got a big surprise when I got to work yesterday (Monday)

A letter was waiting for me, apparently it arrived at work on Friday while I was away.

Big deal you say?

Well it was from Dan Leavens and it was addressed thus:

'Tom Taylor
Balclutha 9230
New Zealand'

And it got to me - no street name, no street number - but I was well known enough around here for the post-man to drop it off at my work-place!

And boy was I pleased to get it, those decals are going straight onto the 'bird!

World Famous??

It just goes to show you how famous a person who owns a Tbird can be! Tom, if you still have that envelope those decals came in, check the date stamp on it! You were just recently renewed last month, so you should not have been getting any decals for a renewal. Those decals were probably from the FIRST time you became a Paid Member! That envelope could have been floating around The Land Of The Long White Cloud, trying to find a home, for over a year or even longer! I just checked the listing that Dan keeps and sends to me. He certainly has your street address on the list. Why it was not on the envelope I do not know. It does not show when you first became a paid member. I am glad you got them though!

Hey Tom, before your head swells too much, somebody told me that the population of Balclutha is only 50 people, so it couldn't have been too hard locating you, especially with all the speeding fines you get on a weekly base.
