I have a question about some of the Squarebird Converts I see pics of -- They have the antenna in the back.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that Ford didn't offer this option for convertables. If this is true, why would so many convert owners put the antenna back there anyway?
I have not heard of the rear-deck antenna not being offered on the 1960 convertible. The 1960 sales brochure shows a palm springs rose convertible with the rear-deck antenna.

I'll need to try and find where I read that. Perhaps it was only for 58 and 59 that it wasn't offered.
