I'm trying to visualize the dies used to form the sides and bed. Those dies have to fit in a press large enough to hold them. The largest dies I've seen were quarter panel dies for 4-door classic cars like Buick Electra 225 (which was 225 inches long), '59 Cadillac/Pontiac and Chrysler Imperials.
