I'm proud to announce a new addition to the family a bouncing baby boy born on Monday.
Decided to breed Alpacas and aswe have just moved on to 10 acres it helps keep the paddocks down

Wow! Congratulations Richard, he looks just like an old English teacher I had in high school. (Hey, I wonder if they're related. See if he answers to the name, Fullerton.) - Dave

Heh - that's pretty cool and funny at the same time. One of the part time mechanics (his full time job is a Firefighter) that works in the truck repair shop next door to ours raises them.

He said the local TV station interviewed him so I gave it a look.......Next time I saw him I told him he needed to shut up and give his wife a chance to talk.

        (hope the link works)

Ben is a super nice guy - feel free to contact him if you want.

                New Addition to the family

First of all, Anders, I am sorry to hear of the loss of Hugo. Perhaps there will be a new puppy in your future to replace him? As for Alpaca's, they are cute. I have a friend in Missouri who has relatives who are raising Alpaca's. A 16 year old grandson helps take care of them and is raising two of his own. I did a search for Alpaca ranches around San Antonio and found that there are several not to far from where I live, outside the city and a lot scattered across the State. I gather it can be a profitable business. Thanks also for the funny jokes, guys!

I'm sorry you lost your best friend, Anders. Hugo had a good long run and he brought a lot of love to your family.

Ray is right and I agree... when I lost mine I went straight into depression. Robin said, "Dave, you really need to get another dog." I told her I never want to go through that again. She said, "No, listen to me, I've had dogs my whole life. A new dog will be a tremendous help in overcoming your grief and loss."

Robin was right. I still have a picture of that dog hanging on my wall, but I know she's ok and she had a good life. The new dog keeps me on my toes and I'm glad I listened to Robin. - Dave
