We upgraded vBulletin to version 6 and with each new version come changes in appearance and functionality. Let me know if something is not right. - Dave
This is to notify all our members that since our recent software upgrade the system is not sending out any emails. This includes birthday emails, membership expiration emails and new Private Message notification emails. We recommend that all paid members check the date that they last paid as you will not get any warning that your membership is expiring. The system is also not sending out email notices when a new user signs up. If you just signed up you will not be notified via email that your membership has been accepted. Please be patient as it may take longer than usual to process your application. Our webmaster Dave Dare is aware of the problem. Hopefully it is fixed sooner than later. - John
Thanks Sandy, same goes to you and all other Thunderbirders.
Thinking of you and all those in the frozen northern hemisphere as I take my Thunderbird out a bit over the next few days - it will be in the 80's, great cruising weather - wish I had air at time though!

I know that we have at least one member in the Christchurch area and maybe more, since we do not have exact geographical locations for some of our New Zealand members. Let us hope and pray that they are okay.
That's right, Jon. The full size fords had a wheelbase of 118" w/overall length of 208". This was Henry's idea of THE Ford family car every American should have in his driveway. There is loads of room in the back and trunk areas. Six grown men would feel very comfy in this car. Four kids in the back seat was commonplace.
Engines included a six, Y-Block or FE (352) coupled with either a manual or automatic trans.
This Fairlane shows red lenses in his backup light housings. That's a new one on me.
