will an aluminum intake for a 390 fit or directly bolt onto a 352? I did a lot of looking some time ago to the point of giving up to find a supplier for intakes to fit a 352. just trying to save a few pounds off from a diet.

Yes, it will fit fine. Edelbrock makes a Performer 390 that will fit on any FE engine including 352's.
