Power Brake Booster Exchange (aka Booster Dewey) will have one and also rebuilds them. He rebuilt mine 10+ years ago and still works perfectly......
As Dave mentions - if you are converting to disc brakes or upgrading your booster he can steer you in the right direction for a modern replacement.
