Tom, I think that procedure is covered in the 1965 Shop Manual. If you do not have one, you can obtain one from any of the many Tbird parts houses that are listed in the Advertisements Forum. In the meantime, hopefully, one of our Flairbird owners who have been down this road before, will see this and can tell you the procedures on how to do this.

You need to remove the entire regulator assembly with the motor attached. Pull the retaining clips on the window rollers and disconnect the regulator from the window. Use something to prop the window up so it doesn't fall. Then unbolt the regulator from the inner door and pull it out from the bottom. Be very careful when you remove the motor from the regulator. It is under a great amount of spring pressure and it can close on your hand and do major damage. Don't ask me how I know. Make note of how much tension there is on the spring and the direction it's installed in case it falls out. You will have to install it with the same amount of tension or the window will not raise or lower correctly. The rears are done pretty much the same.

Thanks for the input. Before I start tearing things apart the problem I have is that the drivers front window works perfectly but the other three do not work at all. I have power to all three of the non working windows. The car has not been driven in about two months. Any help would be appreciated.

That's pretty common. The driver's window gets used regularly while the other three don't. The motor shafts rust and seize up and the brushes corrode from lack of use. Most likely the motors will have to be taken apart and cleaned and new brushes may have to be installed.

Tom, in the Technical Resource Library there are instructions for cleaning the power window/seat motors. It was made with the Squarebirds in mind, but I think it probably also applies to the Bulletbirds, and the Flairbirds. I would look at it, in the Trim, Interior section, right under Map Light. Check it out, and see if that can help you troubleshoot those 3 motors that are not working. The link to the TRL is always part of my and jopizz's signature element. Just click on it and it should take you right to the TRL.
