Headlight piece?

Head lights were not assembled when I got the car. Think I am missing piece the top of head light bezel bolts into?

Thanks John, not the easiest part to find....probably just make something.

Another head light question. I have 2 screws like the left one, 6 of the right. The one on the right fits the adjustment tab on top of light, but does not fit the bottom adjusters? Is this correct, there are 2 different screws?
