Question 390 FE Oil galley plug question

I'm rebuilding my early '61 390 and have come across an item in my manual listed as a jiggle pin . It is used as/or in conjunction with the upper oil galley plug to release air pockets and to supply oil to the timing chain. I cannot locate one, or any info on it. Is this a plug with a small hole in it or is it a small valve. I am also interested in upgrading my cam and would like to do a thrust plate conversion, to allow me more camshaft options. Is this a common conversion?

Thanks for your help
Larry

I think ISKY also has a conversion kit if you can't find FORD parts.

Thanks for the info KULTULZ, I've ordered the parts and hopefully will have them the end of next week. I'll put the engine together then. Sorry for the delay in my reply, I was off on holidays.
