Default RE: New Diecast Models

Here's the latest on squarebird diecast models: Sunstar's 1/18th 1960 hardtop is now available in white and yellow. Danbury mint has recently released another 1/24th squarebird model (and you should like this Alex)it's a 1960 sunroof (the sunroof is operational too!)

I got the brochure for the Red 1960 Golde Top. It is a must have.

Speaking of mirrors I installed a right hand mirror on my car, since I drive a truck for a living it just seems unnatural to drive with only one mirror. I put a picture on my site if anyone wants to see it. Do any of those places sell black 60 hardtop dieasts?

Sun Star makes a black convertible. Initially they had made just convertibles., but recently they released hardtops in white and yellow. Maybe black will be a future hardtop release.

The 1960 mirror is reproduced, any of the vndors on the links page on the main site should have it. Try Bob's Bird House or Pat Wilson.

I had a spare left hand mirror laying around and discovered that it is the same as the right side mirror.Left part #b17696a right part #b17696acv cv standing for convex in the Thunderbird Headquarters catalog. I figured they were the same shape so I put the regular mirror over there and it fits good, just have 2 drill 2 holes.

Default New Diecast Models

I am still looking for you, but I found this. However, none of them had a red top. There IS a red convertible, though.

I did a search on Google for 1960 Ford Thunderbird diecast car and I have not found any with a red top, so far. I have to stop looking, but search on 1960 Ford Thunderbird diecast car and see what you get. You might have already done that.
