wonder if it's a factory color... looks almost "salmon" here (but my screen and glasses are both dirty)

the closest thing I see (from this browser, this screen and these still dirty glasses) is Peach. (code X) What do you see as a match?

Maybe mtrhed will tell us what his Data Plate says for a paint code! Here is the Ditzler '58 Paint Code Chart and list for the Tbird. On this chart and list X is Cascade Green, but I think it was replaced later on with Peach. Here is the regular '58 Ford Paint Chart also...

Strange.
I bought the very same colour sample that Ray is showing here, on Ebay, in order to get a real close look to the Grenadier Red that I suppose to have on my car. But that chip was missing from the chart. As it is here.....
With realy good connections at Ford Design, I was also in contact with there Colour & Material dept. But they didnīt have anything left either....

The car in this tread, looks like it is Cameo Rose, code "W".
