Default The Cougar Bird

I must give credit to 6tbird for the name.

Here are some shots of the almost complete interior and engine compartment.

I love the color of the car and the all-white seats done in the original pattern.

What color is the car?

Is that a floor shifter?

yes that is a floor shifter, I am putting the finishing touches in it tonight(hooking to the tranny) I have a tiki head as the shift knob, kinda funky. I didn't want to cut the original center console to add the shifter, so I removed it all together.

As far as the color, I don't remember, I will look at the can tonight and let you guys know.

Cool

Skyd, I am with the others and think the paint job is great. Just to chime in and ask the obvious question.
Why just the one front seat??

I misplaced some hardware to the passenger seat. Hopefully it will be in tonight and I can call the interior complete, for this stage.

The Color of my bird is called "Bright Calypso". Don't recall what year is used for the body. For the engine I used ford's 1991 Bright calypso from the Probe I believe. I need to try to decode the can used for the body to see I can get the year.

Thumbs up The credit goes to your time and effort

Skyd:

Thanks for the credit.

I must say it is a beautiful car just like all our Birds. But the credit is all yours due to your time and effort to complete her. and your sence of (shall we say ) style and freedom of expression.
