JT, you might call the guys at the Bird House or the Bird Nest and see if they can tell you if that same cable might have been used in a Flairbird... It was not uncommon for parts that were used on, say a '63 were also used on a Flairbird. Or contact some of the companies listed in the Advertisements Forum that sell OEM parts. But you will probably have to know the part number of that cable. There are also companies out in California in that Forum who specialize in selling parts off of parts cars. Someone might have it. Most of our Tbird parts houses don't stock parts for Tbirds beyond '66's, but it would not hurt to ask. Something else to consider is checking to see if that cable was also used on a '67 Full Sized Ford, as parts used on Tbirds were also used on them, or vice versa.

Wowwww! Thanks, John, for checking! That just goes to show that it pays to check with our Tbird Parts Houses because perhaps some of them are stocking parts that go on our Tbirds after 1966. JT is probably going to be thrilled when he sees your post!

You're welcome. It's a little too hot here for coffee but I could really use that beer.
