Greg Zwolinski ~ gregz has sent me pictures of his 1959 Thunderbird. It is one sexy looking black hardtop.

Cool

Greg she looks great. The rims and the skirts really make the chrome pop on the Raven black. Good stuff

Awesome paint job! I hope I can get Tony looking that good someday.

I'm afraid to wet sand and buff this car because of the lousy paint job it got. I watch the car shows on TV, like Overhaulin', where they paint them and it looks shiny and glossy when presented. Do they wet sand and rub out their paint, too?

Just about every show quality paint job is wet sanded and buffed to remove orange peel. You usually start with 1000 grit and work your way up to 3000 grit. That's one of the reasons why they're so expensive.

Looks so righteous, would not change a thing.
Have a '60 but prefer arrow on '59 doors.

I agree with you Bill. I also have a '60, & I reckon if it had the Spear it would make it the complete Square Bird.
