Default washer vacuum line

I have been working on all my wiper/washer vacuum lines lately.
With Alexander's help, I think I have everything where it should be.
I started the car this weekend and heard a vacuum leak (hissing) behind the dog-leg panel the washer switch is on.
I guess I need to take this thing off and see what's up.
Is it just held on by a couple of screws or is there some "trick" to removing that panel?
I plugged up the "y" connection leading to the washer switch and that stopped the sound. I'm assuming that the problem is behind that switch - any suggetions? Oh yea, when I tried the washer switch (while hissing), nothing happened. I thought maybe it would start the wipers like it's supposed to even if it didn't squirt any fluid - but nothing.

There is only one screw holding the dogleg panel in, but you also need to remove the interior chrome trim on the windshield pillar to remove it. To remove this windshield pillar chrome you need to remove the interior chrome trim above the door.

If you hear hissing you have a leak. Most probably the hose going to the switch is disconnected.
