Black Paint on Hub Caps

Alexander I am working on my 59 Bird and the Hub Caps have black paint strips on them I am thinking about redoing them but instead of trying to repaint my company can cut vinyl to put over the paint my question were the High Gloss or Low Gloss

I have used these restoration decals on my hubcaps on my old Sunroof car and they did a great job.

Low gloss, and more probably satin.
