    Air Shocks Supplier

I found a place in Ohio that sells rear air shocks for 60 Bird. Cost $128.00/pair includes install kit. Looks like a quality shock, reminds me of the old Hijackers. They don't list a shock number-goes by year/model of car. Plan to install this weekend.

Install went well, simple bolt in. Plenty of room to run lines just had them end under rear bumper as I did not want to drill any holes. My rear springs are in good shape, I wanted some insurance for all the junk I carry to cruise-ins, tent, chairs, cooler. My wife always seems to buy enough items to fill up that BIG trunk when we go out of town!

430Mel I know what you mean about our wives buying enough stuff to probably supply the show & shine.Apparently, mine can't go shopping without buying something new that she thinks will help our 58.The last time though, she came back with a Mothers " Powerball" kit for the rims that was pretty neat, she bought from a Canadian Tire safari. What would we do without them and our large trunks.

I remember the days at the drive-ins when we would sneak in about 3 people in the trunk,to see the show.Their charge was buying the popcorn and snacks for the rest of us.

Ah yes, the drive -in movie.

I remember the time that we forgot to take the speaker off of the window and drove off. Blew that passenger window right out -- in February. Kind of windy for the couple in the back seat. Ah yes, the back seat -- another story.
