Hey Grant.. I know the area (Choconut). Been in Endicott/Vestal my whole life, now near the Vestal High School since '82. Yeah the weather is FINALLY starting to get decent, may reach 70 this weekend! People outside of this area don't know what good pizza is.. or what a Spiedie sandwich is ! http://whatscookingamerica.net/Histo...es/Spiedie.htm

thanks for the link to the recipe..we actually have salamida on the shelves at food lion...lots of displaced IBM'rs in the Raleigh area. Retired from IBM myself hence the Endicott connection and moved to the coast to customize yachts etc. A great place to vacation in case you are looking for sand and sun. Stay in touch.. I loved the area especially the finger lakes and the thousand islands my email is ncboat@aol.com

El Guapo it sounds like pretty soon, you will have a stable of squarebirds and good on you. I guess I am dating myself and getting older if you start quoting Mellow Yellow " quite ritechousley " and I remember Donovan.
