    Front Brake Question

I have pulled the front drums off along with shoes, springs, wheel cyl's etc.

I have determined to get all new parts including the springs. My car has two top return springs, the adjuster spring and a long return spring that was attached above the adjuster spring. A total of four,,,all the part books I look in do not show the long lower return spring. Is it possible that someone added this spring or is it actually supposed to be there?

    Thanks for your help.
