Here it is:

It is 1/4" thick. It is made of some sort of spongey, coated-neoprene sort of material. It fits right at the leading edge of the roof rail weatherstrip. I guess its purpose is to keep rain from traveling inside the weatherstrip and dripping in around the vent window etc.
I noticed the one on the driver's side was still loose, and thought I'd post up a photo before I glued it into place!
