Wanted Kick pannel retainer P/S

Help!

I'm looking for the retainer that holds the passanger side kick pannel in place, goes between the kick pannel and wind lace. 58'-60'

Need to be as cheep as posable

George I will ask an obvious silly question. What piece is the retainer clip?? I have just had my "door sills" *side kicks*
replaced and they are held in place with ten (10) screws per up to the wind lace?? I didn't see a retainer clip.

It's about 6" long, (sits Vertical under the dash by the door.) (looks like the one that is on the bottom of the door to hold the door panel in place only shorter) (I'm looking for a picture) the wind lace goes on then this is held in place with 2 screws, the edge of the kick panel goes under the edge and the the panel gets 2 screws.
