Will a 460 motor and trans fit in a 61 Tbird without cutting and altering anything?

No. You're going to need fabrication and mock-up skills and equipment to do this swap, and take LOTS of measurements. I'm not familiar with the critical dimensions of the engine/transmission combos but suspect that the firewall/transmission tunnel, cross member mounting points, driveshaft, radiator, etc. will all need some kind of tweaking.Alan H.
