I have posted my method of Sun Ray Appliqué attachment at http://www.squarebirds.org/technical.htm.

Now you won't lose the the 1959 or 1960 wheel cover or the appliqué center. The wheel cover also will no longer rotate.

I would just like to say to all members that the sunburst centres for the sunray wheel covers add great appearence to our Birds. But to get an even better look go to www.tbirdranch.com and purchase Johns sunray wheel cover black decal kit. I have just finished sticking them to my sunray caps and they now look great!. No paint brush work hear the whole job was done in thirty minutes and the finish is excellent. He also supplys decal kits for the rear hash marks and the small black squares on the rear light panel for the 1960 T-Bird.
