Looked for Alexander to infor and had to go on a hunch and a couple maybes. I want power steering in my 60 Bird and I found most of the system from a 1959 Edsel, please tell me that it will work. Thanksw:+ :7

I was at the Carlisle show on Friday. I had to leave Saturday morning to go to a wedding. Sorry I missed you.

The Thunderbird power steering was changed annually from 1958 to 1960. The control valve, power ram, and certain parts of the linkage and lines are different for each year.

You probaly will be able to use the pump from the Edsel system, but most of the other pieces will probably not fit. The 1959 Edsel is more similar to the full-size Ford than the Thunderbird.
