Normally, when you get a carburetor rebuild kit, a new pump diaphragm come in the kit. The pump isn't hard, and all kits come with full instructions and an exploded view.
This kit is for a '68 Fairlane 302:

STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS Part #586 {#C9TZ9A586A, D0AZ9A586A, D1AZ9A586A} Hygrade Jiffy Kit for FORD #D4PE-SA
    Carburetor Kit 2 BBL,FORD EQPD
    Carburetor Kit FORD EQPD
Carburetor Kit 2 BBL,FORD EQPD - INCLUDE TAXI, POLICE

I know summitracing.com has it and so do others. - Dave

Actually the diaphram is more to the center of the photo. The upper left corner is a gasket.
