    My (almost Done) 63

It seems like this project will never end! But from the looks of thing's, I'll have it done in time for doughnuts in the first snow this winter!
    Here's where I'm at today.

    Hi Clint!

She looks really nice! Very pretty and looking good, as is the engine area! You have to be proud of the work that has gone into her. Nicely done! Thanks for posting the pictures.

      Very sharp!

Sorry, doing doughnuts with a classic car is not allowed...

          Hey all,
Thanks a bunch for the kind words. I've put a fair ammount of effort into her. It's been the longest running project I've ever done. Since I run my own business from home you think it would be a cake walk getting her done but it's just the oposite. But It won't be long now.
Hey Kathy, it's going to be doughnuts and burouts for this one! I built the engine/trans/suspention/brakes combo to be driven hard and so it shall be.
          Clint

            Hi Clint,

            Great car you're creating there!
( and I don't think you'll need any snow for doughnuts with that beauty)

Keep up the good work..........and enjoy!

                  Hey Richard,
I looked for about a year before I found this set up. I kind of made it hard on myself, but I set some rules for my purchase and stuck to em!
I wanted a 60's vintage (Cragar) look, 17" fronts, 18" rears, widest tires possible, had to retain the skirts and both tires and wheels had to be made here in the USA. Oh and I wanted to buy from a "local" tire shop to help spend bucks locally.
My first choice (Boss Wheel) lost out due to lack of offsets offered and flat NASTY customer service, so this is what I ended up with.

                    Hey Coral,
I better not get all teary eyed, I built it to beat it so if something happens it's to be expected.
Here's a link to a close call I had at last years "Gearhead" party.

I like your wifes reaction in the last video on the list. She obviously doesnt like it when you do that while shes in the car. Nice cars Clint! You will post a smoky video of the 63 wont you. I'd like to see it.

                            Hey there,
You bet I'll post some clips. Our "Gearhead" party is the last weekend in April, but I'll try to get something out there sooner.
I know what you mean about her "not liking it" when I do a little burnout. My wife is as sweet as she can be, but for some reason she sounded "posessed" in that clip!
By the way, everyone is invited. So if you're in the St.Louis area end of April, stop by. It's a car cruise with a hog roast and a party that normally runs untill the next day.
