Glove box door

I can't get my glove box door to latch on my 60 HT. Has anybody else had this problem?

There are adjustments on both the striker and the lock mechanism as well as the screws under the glove box door that bolt it to the dash. It's usually a combination of the three that will finally work. It's certainly trial and error.

I spent about 4-5 hours on the last one I did. Takes a lot of adjustments and patience, but finally got it in that sweet spot where things worked nicely. Just take your time and keep checking it to see what is going on.

I agree with the above post. It took me over 2 hours to get mine to close correctly. Take your time and you will be happy with the results.
