    Throttle linkage adjustment

So after changing the transmission fluid, i´m now trying to adjust the throttle linkage using the Pressure Method. At 1000 rpm it should read 80-85 psi in D1 or D2. I do get 80 psi at 1000 rpm in P or N, but when i put it in D1 or D2, it reduces to around 50 psi max. Is this still an acceptable value, keeping in mind the age of the Bird, or does it indicate internal leakage?
In idle in any position it should give 56-68 psi, but its around 35 psi. ( all measured at operating temperature)

Yes, you have internal leakage and need a rebuild.
