Looking for interior parts - 60 hardtop

Hello,

I am looking for a couple of interior parts for my 60 hardtop, with red and white vinyl interior.

Driver's side arm rest - red
Passenger side floor kick panel - red and white
Not sure of the name of the part - driver side dash, where the windshield washer pump switch goes. Looking for that metal piece. Mine is red in the car and is right under the windshield.
