How to remove spinner from Kelsey Hayes wire wheel

Can somebody show me/tell me how to remove the spinner? Is there a special tool?

Is that the original spinner or aftermarket?

If aftermarket I use two small screwdrivers with some rags to reduce scratches on the outer ring. Lever it up and off slowly around and it pops off.

Don't know of any other way but happy to change my method if there is one!!
