Johan, in Sweden emailed me regarding obtaining a Detent Plate for his 1963 Galaxie. He had just received one for his 1963 Bulletbird. I suggested to him that he compare the 1963 Bulletbird Detent Plate to that of his Galaxie to see if they are the same. I also suggested that he compare the pictures of the other Detent Plates for other models and years to his Galaxie Detent Plate to see if any of them match. I know that some of our Detent Plates not only fit Tbirds, but other models also. I sent him the links to the other Detent Plates so he can compare them to the one in his Galaxie. As a result of our emails, Johan just became a new member of our Forum!
