    Squarebird EBay 140223106111

Good afternoon to all. I was just surfing on EBay for some items and came across this squarebird for sale in Longwood, FL. Now I dont know what year this squarebird is ( 58,59 or 60) as the tailight look like they are from a mustang but it states it took $70K to build it. Anyway, it has a 96 Mustang 4.6L V8, 9" rear end and a T5 5 speed tranny to power this resto mod and the interior has been dressed up. Now the rest of it doesn't exactly do it for me, as the purist BUT I am sure some of you will appreciate what they have done to it.Check it out.

George( Colonel ) is Longwood far from you ???

That thing's pretty interesting. I like the way they smoothed the nose out to meet the bumper, but I'm not nuts about the late model Mustang (I think) headlights. The Mustang dash fits surprisingly well. I don't like the center brake light. Why do that? Oh, and it's a '58 but it has a leaf spring rear end. of course, the entire undercarriage is custom ...

    All in all, not bad.

ALL that work and he wants to sell it?? I can't beleive what this guy has done to that car, alot of time and money. Even ABS brakes, and to think the Bird still needs a drive shaft rebalance and/or a new rear diff pinion seal.... LOL!!!
