Yeah, I thought of those sources, I was trying to find a way to run a better shock than I am guessing they carry. I was hoping to find a part number I could cross over to a KYB Shock.
The Toyota shock I have from them is the same style as the stock one, it is just about 2" shorter is all. I haven't determined it that is an issue yet or not. I can get the info for the actually rig the shock was for if anyone is interested.
They are actually for a Nissan Pickup truck, years 64~77 from what I was told.
I can let you know how the ride is once the car is back on the road.
I replaced all the tie rods last night, replaced the rear brake line and started on the conversion to a dual res. Mustang master cynl last night. Looks like I will need to notch the shock tower brace to clear the master

I should have followed up with these, but I ended up just going with the KYB HR-2 I had gotten for a Nissan Pickup Truck. Drove it last night and this morning, feels nice and smooth.
