Here is how to take off your rear bumper. It is good to have someone helping you because it is not light! Also where the seals are located on the rear bumper. Here are a couple of pix.

The licence plate is pretty strait forward, and I donīt recall any problems at all as it is a part of the bracket for the bumper itself.Last edited by Anders; February 7, 2012, 05:49 PM.Comment

Those schematics were written for mechanics in the early 60's, not us guys 50 years later still wrenching on these relics.
I got my rear bumper to "line up" better by having a very large Norwegian (Yes, a real Norwegian, not just some guy with a Norwegian name) neighbor stand on one end while I tightened the bolts underneath!
A guy could smack that same Norwegian with a large club, and he would just smile at you. Then you should run away. Fast.Comment
