dave afte intalling the ranchero spindles on my 60 i noticed the tire
sticks out board noticably about 1 1/2 " inches or so . while great for handling . ya think it would be too distracting to cars appearance? /// dave....

As far as I know, the only spindles that are a direct repl are the Granada spindles (Use w/11" rotors only) I was corrected the other day as far as, will it affect ride height. It will not. Well 3/8 of an inch.

Hmmm. I used late 70's T'Bird (same as LTDII and Ranchero) and I didn't notice any difference in the track. I haven't finished the thing yet, having too many other projects, but, it certainly LOOKS like it'll work. I only need to run new brake lines, bleed and then align the thing. Sounds easy, huh?

If you don't like the looks, you might consider wheels with a different backspace. I have 16" American Racing "Salt Flat Specials" on mine, and it looks killer.
