62 tbird rear bumper

Any idea how to get the rear bumper off. I tied the brackets however the tack weld snapped off and the bolt keeps spinning and I cant get vise grips or a wrench in there. Will the bumper come off w/o the brackets and what the deal with the Q's. I have no clue how to remove those.

Any pointers??

You should be able to remover the bumper without removing the brackets although it's more difficult.

I was able to get a sawzall in between the frame and the brackets.
