Information on it:

This is kits T-469 and T-476 combined int one kit. T-469 is a coil spring compressor kit. T-476 is a coil spring clip kit for use with T-469. All in one metal case.

All pieces are there including the instructions which lists what should be there. There is some dust on it, but otherwise the tools are in perfect shape with no rust.
