Build Dates

Production for '58 T-birds began on December 20, 1957 at Wixom Assembly Plant (a week after '57 T-bird production stopped at Dearborn Assembly); going off of memory, public introduction of them was February 17 '58. That is part of the reason why production at 38,000+ units was lowest of the three model years of Squarebirds.

That's good to know .I have never seen in any publication, when, they started production.I was only 8 at the time ,so obviously don't remember when they came out!
