Down here in New Zealand we're right-hand drive, and my daily Dodge driver is right hand drive.
Every now and then, when I'm using my left-hand drive T-bird, I go to get in it on the right-hand side...ooops
So, just in case somebody's watching, I just pretend I'm getting something off of the passenger's seat.
Yep, real smooth....Comment

When I was on one of my first dates with my now wife of 35 years, I borrowed my Dad's new 68 Galaxie 500 with automatic transmission. My regular driver was a Volkswagen Beetle with a stick shift. I was cruisin' along with my arm around my date and unconsciously applied the clutch when turning a corner. See above where I stated the car was an automatic. The clutch I applied was actually very effective power brakes. The sudden screetching brakes and us lurching towards the windshield was something to behold.
Smooooth.
