Changing those seemed to do the trick.
However, I'm having a new issue: the turn lights stopped working and I'm not able to make them work again (even in previous wiring).
Could it be we burned one of the fuses when we were testing the windows (which work)?
I've noticed there isn't any more voltage on the bottom two connectors of the headlight switch. I also noticed 2 fuses on my headlight switch: a glass one and one that looks like black plastic. Shouldn't it be two glass fuses?

If you have fuse holders, yes, they should have good fuses installed. Troubleshoot the system according to the wiring diagram. The fuse on the back of your headlight switch covers all the terminals except for "B".

Window and seat electrics have nothing to do with the headlight switch.

If you have brake lights, follow the wire to your turn signal flasher unit. Measure +12 on both sides.

There are eight bullet connections entering the steering column. TWO are power feeds; one from the Flasher Unit (BLUE wire, to make the signals flash) and the GREEN wire from the Stop Light Switch. Turn signals interrupt brake lights. All front and rear lights are included in those connectors so troubleshooting should be easy. Be careful not to blow any more fuses. - Dave

You should have two glass fuses. The bottom one where the prongs are go to your flasher unit. You should have an orange/yellow wire on one prong that goes to the ignition switch and gives it 12V. The other prong should have a wire on it that goes to your flasher. It's not powered from the headlight switch.

          See, plastic "fuse" :-D

Replacing that one with a glass one.
It was positioned at the top.

That 'plastic' fuse is the type European cars use. The end terminals may or may not make contact.
Put the short fuse in. It feeds the rest of the headlight switch. Also tighten your 'B' terminal nut. I don't understand why it's so loose (I can see light through it).

Still need to tighten the nut yes.
So only the short fuse needs to be present?
The "plastic" fuse seems to make no contact.
Turn signals are working again :-)

Every fuse holder needs a fuse.

Ok, replaced the "plastic" one with a glass one, it's all good now.
Remember that biggie old black relay?
Found out it doesn't power the horn, it powers the high beams (the ones you control with the turn signal handle, by pulling it towards you).
However, it seems to be causing a shot. As soon as you want to "flick" them, you hear a "bing" coming from the hood (same sound as when you turn on the ignition). **** those guys :-(

                    Issues with electrics

Bram..., "Found out it doesn't power the horn, it powers the high beams (the ones you control with the turn signal handle, by pulling it towards you)."

On Squarebirds, the high beam headlights is controlled by a push with your left foot dimmer switch located at the top of carpeting close to the kick panel... Perhaps someone has modified the turn signal set up to make it a more modern "pull it towards you to turn on the high beams". That is not how it works on my '59, and your '60 should have that dimmer switch on the floorboard also... Unless they made an OEM change at the factory on the '60's that I am not aware of...

                        Issues with electrics

Hi Bram, before you start working on the radio, you might want to take a look at the Technical Resource Library (TRL). There is some information there that might be very helpful to you. The link to the TRL is always part of my and jopizz's signature element. Once in the TRL just do a Ctrl F (for Find) and type in radio...

Small update in the meantime: radio is, surprisingly, still working! However, the end point connectors seem to make a bad connection. Need to solder that.
Other than that, everything is looking OK :-)
One more question, I have this loose wire at the center console. Anyone knows what it is for?

I think that's for the optional power drivers seat if your car came with one.

Definitely looks like the power seat wiring on my car. I also have another wire tied in for the passenger power seat, which believe it or not was a dealer installed option.
