Default Pimp My Tbird!

This thread is for those who do not want to keep their Tbird all original and want to jazz it up a bit and make it stand out in the crowd even better. As you find things you can add them to this list. Here are some of the things that I have come up with. Feel free to add to this thread.

Converting a 1996 Tbird to a ‘50’s Ford

Converting a 2002-2005 to look like a Babybird

Air Shocks

Babybird Rack & Pinion setup

After Market AC systems

Electric Windshield wiper kits - Check the TRL also

1964-1966 Quartz Clock Conversion

1964-1966 Tbird Parts

Radio Conversions - Check the TRL also

Rack & Pinion Add On – Rick - Don’t know if he ever got the Squarebird set up done. He is on vacation.

Adding spotlight/rearview mirrors to your Tbird. You can find them on eBay and Craiglist. See also the Technical Resource Library

Going Old School–Add Dog Dish Ford hubcaps. You can find them on eBay or Craigslist

Bubble fender skirts or regular ones - check on eBay or Craigslist

Lake Pipes – Available from any exhaust shop, auto parts stores, etc..

Engine Bay and External Chrome kits - Look on eBay to find them or buy extra pieces and have them chromed. Then you can keep the originals.
