      Alex

I had a repro battery that had the acid problem. I have switched all my cars to the gell batteries to eliminate this problem. They make the repro batteries with the gel battery inside. No more acid problems. Yipee. Only problem is they are a bit pricey but if the acid takes out a couple parts then maybe not so pricey??

I was considering buying one of those repro sealed bateries, but the lower amperage swayed my decision toward the self fill acid ones.

How is you experience with the lifespan of the sealed reproi batteries? How well do they crank the motor?
